In this way, investors and stakeholders are aware of the internal conditions and functioning of the company. They stated that shareholders could elect a board of directors of their choice, which would help them to monitor management performance and enable them to provide suitable suggestions to improve the companys performance. However, the foremost purpose of conducting the research is that corporate governance is a relatively new subject in Kuwait and not many people are aware of its company laws and legislation. Another reason is that the leave of duality is not specified in the legislation of corporate governance.
